Pinch of Yum- I got lost in Pinch of Yum’s collection of recipes. The photos are incredible, the instructions are easy, and the results are delicious! The best thing about this food blog is that all the recipes fit perfectly into your working week. There are lots of options for 30 minute meals, and also loads of vegetarian choices- definitely one to check out!

Not Without Salt- this is an award winning blog with beautiful recipes and stunning photography. It will inspire you to see your kitchen as a place to become creative and productive, and to enjoy the process of cooking and baking real, good food.

Yum Some- with easy to prepare recipes from around the world, Yum Some is the perfect food blog for anyone who loves to travel (or to at least travel with your palate!) For me, eating new food is one of the things I enjoy most about travelling, so I love how this blog brings together the best international recipes that can be re-created from pantry ingredients!

Minimalist Baker- I’ll start with a disclosure that while this is one of my favorite food blogs for vegan and vegetarian food (they have lots of amazing vegan and vegetarian recipes), the website is not exclusively for plant-based food. However, the best thing about this site is that the recipes are amazing but simple. The focus is recipes that require 10 ingredients or less, 1 bowl, or 30 minute or less to prepare.

Love and Zest- for a stylish food blog packed with beautifully photographed food, look no further. It’s packed with healthy recipes and nutrition tips that are manageable for a busy schedule.

Simple Vegan Blog- this blog is just what it says on the tin, and is a wealth of nutritious and really tasty vegan recipes. Most of the recipes are also gluten-free. I also love the ‘how to’ guides for things like making coconut flour or coconut milk. This is the kind of food blog to get you so excited about vegan food!

Exceedingly Vegan- if you need convincing that vegan food is not boring or difficult to prepare, then this is the blog for you! There is a massive range of vegan recipes, covering every meal with great options for entertaining, also. This is vegan food that you’ll want to share.

Healthy Living James- if you want a food blog that supports you to take healthy eating to a new level, then this could be it. Created by a qualified Health Coach, the recipes are free from gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs and refined sugar, as well as being mostly vegan/ plant-based. And the good news? There are lots of ‘simple’ or 15-minute recipes so eating well doesn’t have to be complicated!

Deliciously Ella- I love this blog’s motto to ‘make vegetables cool.’ Although it started as a personal blog, it’s now evolved to include an app, recipe books, a deli, and a range of plant-based food products so it’s an incredibly well rounded resource to help you create and enjoy plant-based food.
